The City of Albuquerque's role--RFP process

While the City of Albuquerque intends to purchase this property, they do not intend to be the long term operator.  During Q2-2003 the City will issue an RFP to the development community looking for a developer to purchase, renovate, preserve the De Anza.  The RFP will be issued by Albuquerque Development Services which is part of the City of Albuquerque's one stop shop in the planning department.
