A housing analysis was performed on the Highland MR Area based on two different functional geographic regions--from a demographic stand point Census block groups 350010005004, 350010005005, 350010005006, 350010005007, 350010007001, 350010007002, 350010007003, 350010007004, 3500110018002, where used and from a comparable sales for single family residences utilized zone atlas pages K16 & K17. As the diagram below indicates, there is an amazing overlap between these census block groups and zone atlas pages, making them conducive to be used for a housing analysis for single family and multi-family housing product.
