Experience

Todd is a New Mexico native and fourth generation Realtor/Developer.  Both he and his grandfather are past recipients of the "Realtor of the Year Award".  He represents a new breed of Real Estate Consultant who blends exceptional selling skills with a high degree of computer expertise.  Mr. Clarke's custom designed computer system allows him to track sales, available properties, buyers, market rents, and market vacancies in order to develop creative marketing plans and professional color promotional materials.


This, coupled with Mr. Clarke's aggressive and knowledgeable marketing, and depth of knowledge in 1031, 1033 and OP unit exchanges, gives Mr. Clarke a competitive edge in selling and leasing properties.  Mr. Clarke's average volume in sales exceeds $24 Million annually, which includes over 263 transactions in the past 7 years. These sales have totaled over 1,764,567 square feet of building square feet, 93,083,445 square feet of land, and 3,093 apartment units.  In addition to his focus on sales and leasing, Mr. Clarke has coordinated four successful auctions for the RTC, FDIC, and privately held institutions which included properties of all kinds.
