l Experience

Born to the Real Estate arena from two successful Realtors, Mr. Clarke continues the tradition of his parents and grandfather in the marketing of commercial real estate. Mr. Clarke's youthfulness has allowed him to work 65 hour weeks for the past four years thus allowing him to complete over 200 transactions of commercial real estate. This experience has been refined by Mr. Clarke's progress towards obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation which requires over 200 hours of education in Commercial Real Estate Investment Analysis and Marketing. His experience and market knowledge has led to his election to the representative bodies for Albuquerque Commercial Real Estate; NMCAR, CCIM and Leasing Information Network (LIN).

Considered a major resource for apartment information by appraisers, lenders, and owners, Mr. Clarke has invested nine years of his time in the development of New Mexico's most comprehensive Apartment Database. Through Todd and his research assistant, this database tracks physical information, pictures, available properties, comparable sales, rental rates, occupancy levels as well as the buyers and sellers who are considered the players in today's market.
